A property management company is seeking a Maintenance Operative to oversee repairs and maintenance for various properties. Responsibilities include preparing void units for new occupiers, ensuring property security, and conducting basic plumbing and carpentry tasks. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a maintenance operative in multisite.
• Basic knowledge of electrics.
• Basic knowledge of gas boilers & electric heating systems.

• Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier.
• Ensure security of property at all times.
• Oversee maintenance of common part areas.
• Painting.
• Basic plumbing.
• Gardening including fencing.

This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier

• Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential)
• Lock changing (Essential)
• Gardening including fencing
• Bathrooms and kitchen repairs
• Furniture / Rubbish removals
• Cleaning (desirable)
• Problem solving

• Landlords and Letting Agents

Personal Characteristics & Skills

Essential:

• Basic carpentry including door hanging

Knowledge
