Overview

We are looking for pleasant, reliable, flexible and hardworking individuals that take pride in their work to join our team of friendly Maintenance Operatives working mostly in the Greater Manchester and North West. Operatives will provide a high quality maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio, and will be respectful of our tenants and their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality maintenance services at multiple sites within our portfolio.
  • Attend a Maintenance Meeting at Head Office in Stockport every Monday morning (8:30 AM) and participate in other meetings at the site as required.
  • Contribute to the On Call Rota; additional payments are made for on-call work, including a generous flat rate and enhanced payments when called out.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Experience of plumbing either via a formal qualification or through experience.
  • Full driving licence is required, and a vehicle will be available for work purposes.
  • This is a full-time position; part-time (minimum 30 hours per week plus on-call) may be considered.
