Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification in Engineering/Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Strong electromechanical skills essential.
  • Experience in pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC and robots is desired.
  • Installation and project management experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain production machinery to a high standard.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Schedule maintenance activities to maximize service levels.

Job description
Maintenance Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday | Weekly rotation 6:00am - 14:30PM and 15:20pm - 23:40pm

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000pa experience dependant

Location: Castle Donnington

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production machinery running smoothly, working as part of a close-knit engineering team. You will be responsible for maintaining plant and machinery to a high standard through planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues and identifying ways to improve line performance. You will also be expected to proactively schedule maintenance activities to maximise service levels and carry out condition‑based maintenance to minimise downtime and keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Engineering/Maintenance (or equivalent)
