A leading housing association in London seeks a Maintenance Coordinator for Special Projects and Sustainability. The role involves supporting administrative activities and managing repairs. Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills are required. The position is full-time with a salary range of £26,296 to £30,455 per year.

Salary: £30,455 per annum (London weighted salary) or £26,296 (Regional salary)

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Agile (20 - 40% office)

Join our Special Projects and Sustainability Team at L&Q. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support administrative activities for Special Projects and Sustainability teams, typically including acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases, Plentific repairs, Minor works and Surveyor referrals.
The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
