Job summary

A dynamic manufacturing company in Halesowen is seeking a supervisor to manage operations. Candidates should have at least two years of supervisory experience within a machine shop environment. Job description

GBP15.22 per hour

38 hours per week

Apprenticeship in manufacturing or engineering / NVQ Level 3 and IOSH Certified

Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience running department within a machine shop environment.

Previous experience in a similar industry within a manufacturing and or heavy engineering environment.

Permanent early shift so shift allowance of 6.5 hours per week. GBP36,658 per annum

The role is working to strict safety and quality requirements, help to achieve daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity, optimizing efficiency and maintaining operational excellence.

Must have experience in people management and experience of the manufacturing processes in the area of responsibility.
