Job description

The Best Connection are looking for Machine Operatives for a full-time, ongoing basis to join our long standing and prestigious client based in Cheslyn Hay.

Overview

The role involves producing concrete materials in a semi-automated production facility, where you will be machine operating, using presses, and completing other factory duties as and when required. You will be paired with a full-time member of staff and go through a training plan to learn how to operate the machines. Work wear will be provided free of charge: overalls, ear defenders, safety glasses, steel toe cap wellies and safety boots. There are no smoking or vaping facilities onsite.

  • Work with a trained mentor during the initial onboarding period to learn machine operation.
Hours & Pay

Hours of work are from 06:45 start to 16:30 – 17:30 finish, Monday to Friday. Further overtime is available.

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour.
