Job description

We’re looking for an experienced M365 Developer to join our IT Directorate and help deliver secure, reliable and innovative digital solutions that support policing and protect our communities.

You’ll act as a technical subject matter expert, working across the full development lifecycle to design, build and support applications that enable officers and staff to do their jobs effectively and safely.

Salary: £47,046‑£50,949 per annum. Market Factors Allowance: £5,380 pro rata per annum. Hours per week: 37. Closing date: 12/02/2026.

The successful candidate for this role will have the opportunity to work from home whilst also at a secondary work location, which will be a police premises.
