Job summary

A facilities management company is looking for an engineer in Greater London. This role entails maintaining all environmental conditions with respect to critical building systems. Responsibilities include executing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on various mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates must possess knowledge of air conditioning, UPS systems, and fault-finding capabilities. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a professional image are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Relevant knowledge of Air conditioning and Mechanical & Electrical systems is essential.
• Ability to fault find using graphical and alarm data.
• Experience with Permit to Work System required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM tasks for all M&E systems as per schedule.
• Complete reactive tasks and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee sub-contractor work and ensure compliance with safety practices.
• Maintain plant in serviceable order and remedy faults swiftly.
• Ensure safety and professionalism in all client interactions.
