Overview

Are you a recent graduate of an engineering course? Would you be interested in an exciting career in property? TSA are currently recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Manchester area, as part of a wider team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy. The client is responsible for providing internal resource on a range of both public and private sector projects across industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy. Due to growth in the asset management team’s portfolio, they are looking to recruit an individual to assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys with workload spread across various industries and environments, both in the public and private sector. The client is looking to recruit someone at a beginner level who can communicate effectively and be prepared to learn to perform their own surveys as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Log, tag and create condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within a variety of environments.
  • Assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys.
  • Work as part of a team and contribute to asset registers, asset verification, identifying condition of plant and compliance audits.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate of a mechanical or electrical engineering course.
  • Ideally qualified within the building services sector (mechanical or electrical).
  • Willing to become self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to learn to perform surveys as part of a team.
