We are partnering with a leading business services organisation undergoing rapid expansion and active deal-making to strengthen its M&A capabilities by recruiting an experienced M&A Manager.

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to independently lead your own transactions within a lean, flat structure that prioritises hands-on deal execution.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end M&A transactions, working closely with leadership teams and the wider M&A function. This is a rare opportunity to join a company where dealmakers operate with autonomy, minimal bureaucracy, and strong connection to executive decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading M&A transactions end-to-end, managing all stages from origination to completion.
  • Collaborating with a seasoned M&A professional to drive process improvements while retaining transaction independence.
  • Maintaining an active presence across the UK, and regular travel to the Brussels office to foster direct interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring high administrative and quality standards while preserving deal agility.
