A leading wine company in London seeks a Luxury Sales Manager to support Daou wines. This role involves driving sales through events, building corporate relationships, and achieving key targets in a luxury market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury wine sales, proven management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Enjoy a collaborative culture and access to celebrated wines.
Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is one of the world’s leading wine companies. We know that it’s the thinkeres, makers and doers who have the most impact as we continue to strive towards being recognised as the world’s most admired premium wine company. We are proud of our portfolio of brands that have tremendous heritage, rich quality and a reputation for excellence across the globe. From the iconic luxury of Penfolds, to the broad appeal of Lindeman’s and newer brands like 19 Crimes, we are committed to creating memorable wine experiences for our consumers.
The primary purpose of the Luxury Sales Manager role is to support and accelerate the pull through for Daou wines across EMEA (Central Europe). The Luxury Sales manager creates, organises, and hosts events with the single objective of driving incremental sales through from Fine Wine retail, on-premise, E Commerce, and Distributors. The role will also help drive distribution and activation of Daou across all channels working hand in hand with the locally based Penfolds team and distributors. As the Luxury Sales Manager, you will also assist in establishing and managing high net worth (HNW) corporate/consumer relationships across EMEA that lead to direct wine sales. Sales could come from relationships, distributors’ network/event’s needs, and recruitment to Daou members’ club, direct sales to staff and executive and corporate network.
We’re looking for a high-performing Luxury Sales Manager who comes with strong experience in the Luxury Wine industry, with proven Luxury and national / key account management sales experience. You will need a detailed understanding of how to develop successful partnerships with Luxury customers, and the confidence and ability to deal with leading industry figures up to MW level, using your commercial acumen, entrepreneurial attitude and leadership skills to influence as and where necessary.
At TWE, we’re bold in our ambitions and passionate about our brands. You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities to grow, innovate, and make a real impact in one of the world's most dynamic wine companies.
We bring our whole selves, we’re courageous and we deliver together – that’s our DNA. We’re a passionate bunch who enjoy working together, like to have fun and keep things down-to-earth. We’re brave enough and care enough to have the right conversations to get the best outcome and are famous for our can-do attitude. We’re definitely “glass half full” people and see challenges as opportunities and move with pace to achieve our goals.
Just like the wide range and variety of brands in our wine portfolio, TWE embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
