Responsibilities

• Manage end to end creation of catering projects.
• Quoting, planning, organizing, and delivering high-standard catering events.
• Create detailed event sheets and manage staff onsite.
• Conduct event closing and debriefing.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage budgets.
• Oversee on-site event staff and external suppliers.
