Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Design, deploy, and maintain microwave and RF-based point-to-point network links
  • Collaborate with trading infrastructure and site teams to reduce latency between data centers
  • Perform link budget analysis, antenna alignment, and RF signal optimization
  • Work closely with vendors on site selection, regulatory approvals, and hardware integration
  • Tune, monitor, and troubleshoot RF links to maximize uptime and latency efficiency

What We're LookingFor

  • Hands-on experience with microwave networking, custom RF, or line-of-sight wireless deployments
  • Proven track record in low-latency environments HFT, telcos, or latency-sensitive networking
  • Deep knowledge of routing/switching, Linux networking, and packet-level analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump)
  • Familiarity with tools like Pathloss or spectrum planning tools is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to dark fiber, optical transport, or hybrid network design Experience working with vendors like Aviat, Ceragon, Ubiquiti, or custom RF providers
  • Background in financial market infrastructure or electronic trading networks
