A leading global insurance firm is seeking a talented individual to join their London Market Property Broker team in London. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities include placing risks in the London Market, promoting these risks to Marsh branches, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers. We are seeking a talented individual to join our London Market Property Broker team at Marsh. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The broker will be responsible for placing risks into the London Market, promoting London Market Risks to Marsh branches, and driving the transfer of business to the London Market Team.
Key duties will include developing and implementing team strategy, ensuring business placement aligns with Marsh’s Placement strategy and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, maintaining strong relationships with London Market insurers, and collaborating with Marsh branches and regional leaders to develop placing strategies for individual risks.
The role also involves attending client and prospect meetings as needed.
We may consider applicants with either general insurance knowledge looking to get into a dedicated broking role or an experienced Broker looking to work within a market leading organisation.
