Overview

An experienced Logistics Transformation Manager required to take ownership of the end-to-end processes that enable the successful delivery of the company's equipment globally, with a focus on reducing carbon emissions. This role ensures the infrastructure, planning, and execution of all shipping and logistics activities run seamlessly, within budget and timeframes.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of end-to-end processes that enable global delivery of the company's equipment, contributing to reduced carbon emissions.
  • Oversee all stages of the logistics lifecycle, from operational planning and scheduling through to delivery on site.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage resources, and develop efficient workflows to guarantee equipment arrives safely, on time, and in line with event requirements.
  • Lead risk management, monitor progress across concurrent projects, and adapt plans quickly to meet shifting deadlines and evolving business demands.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain, or engineering-focused roles, with a proven ability to direct complex projects involving multiple moving parts.
  • Sound judgement, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate solutions persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Prior exposure to implementing new systems or processes, and managing operational change, will be highly valued.

Location and benefits
