Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
• Trained in all relevant SOPs within 3 months of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Company Health & Safety policies.
• Respond promptly to client/customer queries.
• Drive continuous improvement in contract operations.
• Manage changes in inbound and outbound volumes.
