Logistics and Trade Compliance Administrator

£22-28ph -PAYE

Responsibilities

• Processing outbound dispatches, including pre-shipment checks, creation of Commercial Invoices and maintenance of shipping records for UK domestic despatches and exports.
• Where JM is liable for the insurance of material, ensure that appropriate security measures have been taken in accordance with JM policy.
• Ensure advance planning of shipments to customers is co-ordinated with Customer Support teams, Quality and Warehouse and Production departments to achieve deliveries within agreed timescales with correct quality at all times.
• Ensure compliance standards for all duty and customs controls, including documentation, correct use of tariff codes, and all required licenses as applicable.
• Commercial Invoice template maintenance.
• Monitoring and management of HT Export and Domestic Transport Log, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, coordinating with Warehouse teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor export status, ensure evidence of export declaration is provided and internal records maintained.
