Qualifications

• Erfahrung im Planungsrecht und in der Bearbeitung von Rechtsfällen.
• Fähigkeit, rechtliche Beratung zu erteilen und Verträge zu verwalten.

Responsibilities

• Verwaltung eines überwiegenden Planungsrechtsfallbestands und einige Straßenarbeiten.
• Beratung zu Section 106-Vereinbarungen und Planungsdurchsetzungen.

Locum Planning Lawyer

Hybrid Working

Part Time or Full Time

£50 - £60 per hour DOE

Our Local Authority client is looking to recruit an experienced planning lawyer to join their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

You will be joining an established legal team and work alongside a number of other planning lawyers in the team.

Duties will include:

• Managing a predominately planning law caseload alongside some highways work
• Section 106 agreements
• Planning enforcement's
• Certificates of lawfulness
• General advice

Candidates must be able to attend the office twice a week on Mondays and Tuesdays and ideally work full time, but part time applicants may also be considered.
