Overview

Emergency Care Practitioner – Leicester – UCC. Dream Medical is currently working with a number of Urgent Care Centres in Leicester that require Emergency Care Practitioner cover. We are working with 4 Urgent Care Centres based in Leicester with monthly rotas covering 7 days a week and ad hoc and ongoing part/full-time sessions. Shift patterns are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities

• Face to face assessments; take basic observations on minor illness and injuries; prescribe the right medication.
• Work autonomously and see patients of all ages (birth upwards).

Qualifications / Requirements

• Emergency Care Practitioner
• Ability to prescribe under PGD's
• UCC/WIC/A&E experience
• Minor illness and injury experience
