An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Prescriber to cover on going locum shifts at a Practice in Bradford.

Applicants must:
• Be a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Pharmacist Prescriber
• Have a valid NMC pin number
Duties include:
• Minor Illness/Minor Ailments
• Independent Prescriber/ V300
