Loan Administrator
Location: West Kent
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
Hybrid Working: 2 days from home once initial training is complete

How It Works
They are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Administrator to join their Loans team. This role is pivotal in supporting their mission by ensuring smooth lending processes from approval through to completion and beyond.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the team, assisting with legal due diligence, compliance checks, and the satisfaction of loan conditions. They will also manage activities such as repayments, security amendments, valuations, and loan variations, while maintaining accurate records and documentation – full training is given.
Banking experience is not required! Instead, they are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, enjoys communicating with people, takes pride in their administrative ability and is customer focussed. Full training is given on the role, in‑house systems and their workflow process.
Working closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as borrowers and professional advisors, you will play a key role in delivering best‑in‑class service.
