About the Role :

We are seeking a qualified legal professional to join a well-established disputes team, based in Birmingham, to support and expand a strong commercial litigation practice. The firm is a Gold / Platinum employer with excellent work culture, progression opportunities and a clear path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage your own caseload of commercial disputes, covering a range of matters such as contract and shareholder issues, professional negligence, fraud and procurement-related claims.
  • Support senior colleagues on larger or more complex litigation matters.
  • Draft, review and negotiate documentation; prepare and conduct court or tribunal work; liaise with clients, opposing counsel and experts.
  • Contribute to business development and local team growth initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of client service, risk and information-security compliance and teamwork.
