Job description

Experienced and capable Senior Associate required to join a growing team providing a full range of litigation services, where you will take principal charge of work assignments with minimal partner intervention. The role will involve extensive direct client contact, responsibility for junior legal assistants, and taking an active role in the identification and implementation of new business initiatives. You will also be expected to work alongside Partners to grow the business by assisting with the development and implementation of strategic long term plans.

Applicants should have 6 yrs+ PQE, with significant experience in the practice area and strong technical ability. Delegation and supervisory experience is required, as is previous involvement in business development activities. You will need good drafting and research skills, knowledge of research systems and document management platforms, and an understanding of key financial indicators.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a client focused approach, with strong organisational and time management skills, and a flexible, enthusiastic and energetic approach.
