• Ability to support vulnerable customers with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess life, terminal illness, and critical illness claims from investigation to outcome.
• Guide customers through their claims journey with care and clarity.
• Manage a portfolio of claims across multiple systems.
