Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant - Full-Time | Blackpool
Location: Blackpool
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term-Time Only)
Start Date: October 2025

About the Role

As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you\'ll play a key role in supporting children\'s early learning and development. Working closely with the class teacher, you\'ll help create a stimulating and safe environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children\'s learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Assist in planning and delivering creative, play-based activities
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom
  • Observe and record children\'s progress, contributing to assessments
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to support individual needs
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent)
  • Experience in an EYFS setting (nursery or school)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
