Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioners Required in Footprints Hatton Hill Nursery!

Hours: Full or Part Time

Term: Required for School Holiday Cover (Sefton Term Dates)
Pay:
  • Level 3: £12.60 per hour, plus 12.07% leave allowance, total £14.12
  • Level 2: £12.21 per hour, plus 12.07% leave allowance, total £13.68
Holidays: Included in Hourly Pay
Venue: footprints@hattonhill nursery, Alwyn Avenue, Litherland, L21 9NZ

We are seeking experienced and passionate Level 2 and 3 Early Years Practitioners for school holiday cover roles at Footprints Hatton Hill Nursery. Join our friendly, community-based nursery located in the heart of Ford/Litherland, Merseyside.

If you are passionate about helping children thrive and develop in the early years, we want to hear from you!

You will support children’s learning, be a ‘key person’ to small groups of children, build positive relationships with families, and ensure the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage are met. Experience working in a busy early years childcare setting is essential.

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting children’s learning and development through play.
  2. Being a ‘key person’ to a small group of children and establishing positive relationships with families.
  3. Protecting and promoting the health and well-being of children.
  4. Following safeguarding procedures.
  5. Promoting positive relationships within the early years setting.

The successful candidates will meet the person specification. An enhanced DBS check and other relevant checks will be undertaken. A Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent is required.
