We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who knows the local market, understands the value of great customer service, and has the tenacity to close deals with confidence. As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Stratford , you will receive:

  • £30000-£35000 OTE in your first year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

  • Market properties to potential tenants

  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
