Overview
Our Leisure Receptionist gives the very first impression of our Village experience. You greet members and guests on arrival and by phone, setting the standard for the service our members receive. You will thrive on delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring members have what they need and that enquiries are dealt with effectively. You love a chat and understand what makes a great customer experience, getting to know our members and helping them make the most of Village life. On a day-to-day basis, you will be meeting, greeting, taking bookings to introduce new people to the club, resolving queries and keeping our members happy.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests on arrival and respond to enquiries by phone with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries to ensure a positive member experience.
- Assist with bookings and introductions to the club for new members or visitors.
- Engage with members to understand their needs and help them maximise Village life.
- Collaborate with the leisure team and other departments to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- A natural ability to interact with all types of people and use effective selling techniques with a belief in sales through service.
- A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service.
- The ability to understand individual needs and tailor service and communication accordingly.
- A drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- A team mentality and the ability to form strong relationships within leisure and other departments.
