A local leisure provider in Newmarket is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations of a Leisure Centre. The role includes managing a dedicated team, ensuring health and safety compliance, and budget management. Ideal candidates will possess First Aid certification and relevant experience. In this role, you will take on a dynamic and diverse leadership position, ensuring the seamless operation of your Leisure Centre. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, adhering to Health and Safety standards, and managing a dedicated team of duty managers. You will be accountable for maintaining the site within the organisation's set budgets, collaborating closely with your area manager on various site projects, and continually striving to enhance the overall experience for our members and customers. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment that meets the highest standards of service and operational excellence. 37 hours per week.
