A local government organization in Fauldhouse is seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join their Leisure Team. The role requires a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and involves life guarding, providing coaching, and maintaining safety standards within leisure facilities. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a part-time fixed-term position with a shift allowance for varied working hours.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Leisure Team within Customer and Community Services. Working within a small team you will support a wide range of customers using the sport and leisure facilities within Fauldhouse Partnership Centre. These facilities include: swimming pool, sauna, steam room, sports hall and 3G Pitch.

We require you to be diligent and self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
You should have good interpersonal skills and have a track record in providing excellent customer service.
You must be in possession of a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
The leisure facilities are open during the day, in the evening and at weekends and a shift allowance of 10% is paid in recognition that you will be required to work at these times. Rota patterns can be discussed should you be invited to an interview.
