A leading global energy services company is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for North Sea operations across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in law with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the oilfield services sector, and will be adept at handling commercial contracts and disputes. This role includes advising on employment law issues and managing corporate governance matters.
Weatherford has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team, supporting our North Sea operations across the UK, Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands.
This role will report to Senior Legal Counsel for the region and provide broad-based legal support, serving as a trusted advisor to commercial, operational, and functional stakeholders. The Legal Counsel will support contractual and commercial matters, litigation and dispute management, employment law issues, corporate secretarial duties, facilities and real estate projects and broader governance responsibilities across the region.
