LEGAL COUNSEL, 12 + MATERNITY COVER, 1-4 YEARS’ PQE, £85,000 DOE, LONDON/ HYBRID. An established organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel on a maternity cover contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused solicitor to provide high quality legal advice. JOB REF: 2211

Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include supporting procurement and contracting processes to ensure effectiveness, and sound risk management.
  • The role involves drafting and reviewing third-party contracts, managing standard terms and conditions, and supporting the preparation of essential contractual documentation.
  • You will be involved in conducting legal research and preparing briefings on topics such as competition law, public procurement, contract law, and intellectual property.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • In depth knowledge of contract law, along with an understanding of company, commercial, regulatory, competition, procurement, governance, and data protection law.
