A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a UK qualified Lawyer to draft and negotiate various contract terms and agreements. The role requires experience within a general insurance company or similar financial services. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently and engage comfortably with regulators. The role offers a competitive compensation package within a dynamic work environment.
The role is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions. This includes Terms of Business Agreements, claims handling agreements, master policies, policy or service contract terms and conditions, and a variety of supplier agreements including IT related agreements.
UK qualified Lawyer with experience gained from within a general insurance company or similar regulated financial services organisation. You would be comfortable working independently and have experience dealing with regulators and industry bodies.
