Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Belvedere, London

Salary: Highly competitive DOE

Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Contract Role until March 2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting students in accessing and achieving their learning programmes
  • Supporting learners in all college services and activities, fostering their personal development and study skills
  • Contributing to the creation and monitoring of individual Educational Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Promoting self‑advocacy and independence in students
  • Offering support with personal care, safety, and well‑being where necessary
  • Anticipating and overcoming barriers to learning through tailored intervention strategies
  • Ensuring students can fully access and engage in all college resources and services, including assistive technologies
