Tradewind Recruitment are working with Alternative Provisions in Wiltshire and are currently looking for passionate and engaging Learning Facilitator's locally.
The role will be to support children and young people who are unable to thrive in a mainstream education setting due to anxiety, behaviour that challenges, EHCP or mental health difficulties. These children and young people require alternative pathways rather than the standard curriculum. Therefore a Learning Facilitator who has experience supporting in a similar environment and has a child centred approach would be ideal for this role.
You will focus on building relationships, re-engaging learners back into education to then support them further with their learning. In addition, you will support with interventions and other activities that are focused on building confidence, setting healthy boundaries and routines for the learners.
