A leading interior landscaping company in Henham is seeking a Training and Development Coach to oversee new employee onboarding and training. This role involves creating training materials, ensuring compliance, and liaising across teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in coaching, and a passion for horticulture. The opportunity:
This role focuses on ensuring that new and existing employees receive structured training and coaching from induction, onboarding through to development of skills, adopting of best practice, and working to standard operating procedures. The role is responsible for the maintenance and update of training records and systems and liaison with the regional and local teams to ensure progress, compliance, and standards.
The role is a permanent Hybrid role based out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. As well as regular travel to our regional location to support our Regional Training Coaches.
Develop and deliver high-quality and accessible training materials and SOP’s for all core roles and tasks.
What you will need:
This is a newly created role, and it is likely that it will evolve over time. The key attribute we are seeking is the desire to pass on knowledge and ways of working in a structured way that sees learners flourish, enjoy their roles, and succeed within Planteria.
This role requires travel to our regional teams, so a full driving license is essential.
