Salary: £32,000 – £35,000. Location: Southend (Hybrid – up to 2 days/week remote). Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead engaging training sessions across a variety of health and social care topics – from safeguarding and manual handling to emergency first aid and medication.
  • Design and develop innovative training programs that energise learners and meet regulatory standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement by evaluating training effectiveness and refining materials to ensure best practice.
  • Support new starters with tailored induction training and keep existing staff sharp with regular refreshers.
  • Drive professional growth through initiatives like our Care Professional Learning Academy and in-house leadership development.
  • Keep us on track by managing training calendars, records, and compliance with KPIs.
What You’ll Bring
