A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking a Lead Vulnerability Research Consultant to oversee multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance on critical projects. You will be responsible for vulnerability research, leading training sessions, and consulting on design decisions. Ideal candidates will have experience in exploiting vulnerabilities and delivering technical training in high-stakes environments. The position is based in Cheltenham or Manchester with hybrid working options.

Clearance: eDV Security Clearance
Salary - £70,000 – £85,000 + DV bonus + Benefits

In this influential role, you’ll lead highly skilled research teams, delve deep into complex systems, and provide expert technical guidance across a wide range of cutting-edge projects. You’ll work hands-on to make, break, and assure systems—while also playing a key role in upskilling teams, shaping solution designs, and advising senior stakeholders through workshops, briefings, and technical delivery.
