• Source cover for adequate staffing levels.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information.
• Ensure the security of the home.
• Deal with queries or complaints in accordance with policies.
• Take charge in the absence of the Home Manager.
• Promote safe working practices.
• Maintain and improve professional knowledge.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately.
