• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor or large developer.
• Previous roles include Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Project QS or Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily commercial management functions, including measurement & valuations, applications for payment.
• Oversee the project through to practical completion and settlement of final accounts.

Skills

Good communication skills

Experience with JCT or NEC Contracts

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a comparable qualification
