Lead Project Manager - Heritage Works

Are you a detail-driven project leader with a passion for heritage works? We’re looking for a Lead Project Manager to oversee listed building and historic structure projects across London.

About the Role

You’ll take charge of multiple heritage projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll lead the contracts team, manage resources, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee heritage projects from planning to completion.
  • Produce inspection test plans, work plans, and task plans.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with client teams.
  • Manage subcontractors, procurement, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality assurance procedures.
  • Lead and support site teams, ensuring training and performance standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing heritage projects (listed buildings, historic structures).
  • Strong knowledge of Field View software.
  • Expertise in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Supervisory-level knowledge of temporary works.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
