A healthcare provider in Southwest London is looking for a leader to manage its TB services at St George's Hospital. The role involves collaboration with a clinical team and oversight of patient care from initial investigations to treatment completion. Candidates should have experience in managing clinical services and supporting staff. The position includes contributions to service development and education within the community.
An opportunity has arisen to lead the TB services at St George's Hospital. You will work in partnership with the nurse clinical lead to support in the daily running of the TB service with a focus on operational and people management. You will work as part of a multi-professional team to ensure that patients with TB receive a high standard of care from initial investigations to treatment completion. Whilst TB patients will be the focus of the role you will also work to develop patient pathways for our complex non-tuberculous mycobacterium patients. The role is integral to the prevention, detection of TB in Southwest London.
