The Role / Le rôle
This role integrates strategic HR program management with people and culture leadership, designed to support Lumen’s growing Canadian workforce and global HR initiatives. The individual will lead HR programs, drive talent strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to Canadian leaders, while also serving as an International Program Manager. The position should have bilingual (English/French) capabilities required to ensure compliance with Canadian employment standards and enhance employee experience through localized support and global alignment. The role will support the VP of Talent & Leadership Development with coordinating across all international regions. This includes managing cross-border HR initiatives, aligning global strategies, and lending more visibility to the international scope while ensuring alignment and efficiency across borders.
Ce rôle combine la gestion stratégique des programmes RH et le leadership en matière de ressources humaines et de culture, dans le but de soutenir la croissance de l’effectif canadien de Lumen et ses initiatives RH à l’échelle mondiale. La personne retenue dirigera les programmes RH, mettra en œuvre les stratégies en matière de talents et agira à titre de conseiller de confiance auprès des dirigeants canadiens, tout en occupant le poste de gestionnaire des programmes internationaux. Le titulaire du poste doit être bilingue (anglais/français) afin d’assurer la conformité aux normes d’emploi canadiennes et d’améliorer l’expérience des employés grâce à un soutien localisé et à une harmonisation mondiale. Le rôle consistera à assister le vice-président du développement des talents et du leadership dans la coordination entre toutes les régions internationales. Cela comprend la gestion des initiatives RH transfrontalières, l’harmonisation des stratégies mondiales et la mise en avant de la dimension internationale, tout en garantissant la cohérence et l’efficacité au-delà des frontières.
