Job description

We are looking for a (Lead) Growth Marketing Analyst to support the growth and optimisation of our Marketing program here at Wise. You will be part of the Growth Analytics function a new team formed to support how we understand what drives growth for Wise and how we can leverage these opportunities within our marketing channels and key marketing pillars.

This will be a high impact role working cross-functionally with our marketing and product teams and a wider community of analysts focused on growing the Personal and Business customer base for Wise.

You will work with the Marketing teams and Product Managers to understand the health of our different channels and programs today, what key levers exist in order to grow them, how we turn these into marketing opportunities and ultimately execute on the new strategies and testing for the channel. You will get the exposure to drive and build data products & tools that let us measure, optimise and scale our marketing activity for both businesses and personal customers.

At Wise we have autonomous teams who are running a multitude of marketing channels. Marketing executives creatives & analysts work together in these teams to get the right message in front of the right people at the right time.

Heres how youll be contributing :
  • Be a member of the growth marketing analytics team which serves as an horizontal analytics team working with all channels and marketing leads to find and analyse areas of growth.
  • Own one of our core workstreams within the team to unlock net new growth opportunities for the Marketing org; from creating frameworks to understand performance today globally identifying analytically and commercially the highest points of leverage within the program designing experiments and strategies to test these and quantifying the impact to growth.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team Product Managers and product analysts to achieve alignment and influence the planning of the marketing teams.
  • Facilitate performance discussions around our channels alongside your stakeholder partners and disseminate these updates to our Marketing leadership team and CMO.
  • Collaborate with other growth marketing and regional analysts and feed these insights into the planning and opportunity identification for your workstream.
A bit about you :

You are an experienced analyst who is comfortable working with vague / ambiguous analytical problem areas in the marketing / growth space.

You have demonstrable experience in driving impact through new strategies from opportunity identification through to outcome.

Experience working with Marketing teams and stakeholders across a range of channels and problems.

You have technical breadth as an analyst from insight generation building data models building reporting and executing testing (a / b testing geo testing etc.).

You have experience working with complex data models in SQL (our warehouse is Snowflake) and analysing it using advanced SQL / Python / R.

(Desirable) You have worked in fintech or a similar high growth industry.

Base salary of 75000 - 100000 (based on experience)
