Qualifications

  • 5+ years' postgraduate psychiatric experience, including 2 years in forensic settings.
  • Experience teaching trainees and healthcare professionals.
  • Involvement in audit and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and expert clinical oversight.
  • Lead clinical management of a defined caseload.
  • Prepare reports for Mental Health Review Tribunals and other committees.

Education

MBChB/MBBS (or equivalent)
Full GMC registration
CCT or CESR in Psychiatry
MRCPsych
