Senior / Lead Data Scientist

Remote - UK

£70,000-£90,000

We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Data Scientist to join a fast-growing, AI-driven product company. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, working closely with engineering and product to build and deploy machine learning models that directly impact the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle (from problem definition to monitoring)
• Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production, including Computer Vision applications
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on data-driven solutions
• Lead experimentation, optimisation, and model evaluation
• Contribute to technical direction and best practices
• Mentor Junior Data Scientists

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Data Scientist
• Advanced Python skills
• Experience working with Azure
• Solid grounding in machine learning, statistics, and data modelling
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
