You will manage client relationships with care and professionalism, attend sites with sensitivity to historic value, and represent the company as a courteous and knowledgeable ambassador.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately collect and integrate survey data across projects from initiation to post-processing.
  • Perform detailed land, measured building, and laser surveys, primarily for heritage and prestige properties, with occasional setting-out tasks.
  • Oversee projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and data integrity.
  • Manage client relationships with professionalism and clear communication.
  • Attend sites with sensitivity to historic value and represent the company as an ambassador.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years\' UK-based surveying experience.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard equipment and software, including Leica TS13/15 & MS60, AutoCAD, LSS, and Cyclone.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • RICS accreditation (or working towards it) or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
