Job Description
  • Conduct Tests and Analyses: Perform chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in process samples, and finished products to evaluate properties such as tensile strength, elasticity, and durability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet specified quality standards by identifying defects and recommending process improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all tests and analyses, including data entry and report generation.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the production team and assist in troubleshooting issues related to polymer materials
  • Research and Development: Assist in the development of new polymer formulations and processes by conducting experiments and providing feedback
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the polymer or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of ISO quality management systems is a plus
