A reputable nanny recruitment agency seeks a qualified Nanny for a warm family in Warwick to care for 3 children aged 11, 8, and 6. This role involves leading afternoon routines, communicating with parents about progress, and managing the children's schedules. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification and experience in similar roles. The contract is permanent, requiring driving capability, and offers £19,656 gross per annum.
This warm and wonderful family in Warwick seek the skills and friendship of a qualified nanny to join them 4 afternoons a week at their home. The Nanny will lead the afternoon routines right through to the end of the day, resetting the home after the morning routine and preparing for the children’s return home after school or holiday clubs. The children, 11, 8 and 6 years old, are active and enjoy pursuing their personal hobbies and interests, so a nanny who is passionate about planning and implementing age‑appropriate educational and recreational activities, including arts and crafts, games, outdoor play and reading, is preferred. The nanny should be nurturing, supportive, fun and present – essential qualities for this friendly, engaging and genuine family. The professional is required to communicate regularly and openly with parents regarding children’s progress, daily activities and any concerns. The nanny will also manage the children’s schedules, including diaries, play dates, appointments and clubs, and may help with family‑focused administration tasks such as sourcing birthday presents.
