Overview

Are you passionate about teaching? Are you looking for a new role within a well performing school in Berkhamsted? If so I am actively seeking a Year Two Teacher for a maternity cover role 2 days per week for the new academic year. The school will offer high levels of support from their SLT and a close knit team of staff who are always willing to assist and support whenever needed. January/February start date. The classroom is well supported with a permanent Teaching Assistant. The role is a Key Stage One Teacher (Maternity Cover) located in Berkhamsted.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all Class Teacher responsibilities for the role.
• Teach Year Two within a maternity cover arrangement (part time: 2 days per week).
• Be part of a school that provides strong support from the Senior Leadership Team and a close knit staff.
• Manage a class with the support of a permanent Teaching Assistant.
• Contribute to a smooth start date for January/February 2026.
